Walk and Talk Therapy

In addition to Face to Face and Online sessions, I also offer Walk & Talk therapy in the Newbury/Thatcham/Brimpton area. These 50 minute sessions create space for you to process difficult emotions and experiences while being outside in the fresh air.

Walk & Talk therapy can offer several benefits, such as:

  • Reduced anxiety for clients who find face to face contact more difficult. Walking side by side can feel comforting.
  • A sense of grounding and stabilisation. Moving the body can help you process difficult emotions and help provide clarity.
  • A much needed break from being inside in an office/school/classroom environment.

Friendly dogs are welcome. I am also able to bring my own dog if you feel this would help.
